From artwork to finished label
We manage the job end to end: artwork preparation, production, finishing, and delivery.
Customer artwork
Send your logo or design as a vector file: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, or PDF. We keep the original look and proportions while preparing it for production.
Factory CAD digitizing
The factory digitizes the artwork with precise thread mapping and color separation so it reproduces faithfully in weave.
Woven, cut, and finished
Labels are woven on industrial looms, then cut and finished to your specifications, with quality checks before they ship.
How we quote
Send us artwork and the details below. We will come back with pricing and sampling options.
- Artwork
- A vector file: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, or PDF. We cannot sample from a rendering, a screenshot, an AI-generated image, or a photo of a label.
- Finished size
- Width and height, and the fold if you know it.
- Quantity
- An estimate is fine.
- Colors
- Pantone references if you have them.
- Deadline
- When you need samples, and when you need delivery.
Price depends on width, number of colors, weave density, and finishing, so we quote each job. Sampling and setup are quoted with it.
Production: 2–3 weeks after sample approval. Repeat orders are also 2–3 weeks. We ship from Hacienda Heights, California.
What we do not do: cord, piping, and outer frames cannot be woven in. We make the woven label. A finisher adds those afterward.
