About Hwa Jong USA
We have been supplying apparel labels and trims since 1995 to brands, manufacturers, and private-label programs in the U.S. market.
Hwa Jong USA supplies woven labels, printed labels, garment trims, and patches. We support both sampling and production runs, and we manage the process in house from design preparation through to finishing.

How we work
We quote each job rather than working from a price list. Price depends on width, number of colors, weave density, and finishing.
To start, send vector artwork — Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, or PDF — with a target size, the quantity, and your delivery deadline. We will recommend materials and finishing, and quote sampling with the job.
Production runs 2–3 weeks after sample approval. Cord, piping, and outer frames cannot be woven in; a finisher adds those afterward.
How it is made
We work with established weaving and embroidery factories, and we handle the artwork, specification, quality checks, and delivery.
